Our History
2019
Computer Aid Uganda begins life as the networking division, providing other IT support, such as network administration, device management, mobile contracting and help desks.
2020
Computer Aid Uganda launches as an independent business. Computer Aid Uganda moves into other Divisions In Kampala by creating offices. Those offices became home for the next 2 years as the business continued to grow from strength to strength.
2021
Computer Aid Uganda successfully partners with Computer Aid International, a growing provider of local IT Support and IT Services to both local and overseas businesses and Schools.
2022
The service team at Computer Aid Uganda made it through to the final of the Service Desk Industry (SDI) Best Small Managed Service Desk Provider (MSP) awards. We are incredibly proud of the external recognition for our team, who have completed extensive training and have worked incredibly hard over an extended period to ensure we consistently meet the needs of our customers.ers with CComm IT Solutions, a provider of outsourced IT Services.
